Order info.
1. Full payment before delivery.
2. Order has to be placed two weeks prior to delivery date, soonest,if the goods available.
3. Prices can be FOB, C&F and CIF terms, currency code can be RMB, USD, EUR and AUD
4. Minimum order is USD1000 FOB.
5. Before delivery, Phytosanitary certificate, CO., Invoice, packing list and B/L will be scanned and send by email.
Damage claim
1. Any items arrived in an unsatisfied state (faulty or damage), please notify us in three days with proof of photos by email.
2. Official letter to confirm if insects were found.
3. Other reason beyond our control will be considered case by case.
